Reiki Level 1 is the first initiation into life force energy. Through the attunement, you will receive your first symbol, the energetic channel opens and the practitioner begins to feel and transmit life force energy through the hands.

At this level, students learn to work with energy for themselves and for others. Students learn to:
• Feel life force energy in the hands
• Practice self-healing
• Apply Reiki to others through hands-on healing
• Understand the natural flow of life force in the body
